Scope of service.
Bault Cleaning provides residential and commercial cleaning services as outlined in your service agreement, estimate, or booking confirmation. Services are limited to the cleaning tasks included in the selected service package.

We reserve the right to decline services that pose a safety risk to our team members or require specialized remediation, restoration, or hazardous material handling.

Home Condition & Booking Accuracy
Pricing and scheduling are based on the information provided at the time of booking.
If the condition, size, occupancy, or cleanliness of the property is significantly different from what was represented during booking, additional charges may apply or the service may need to be rescheduled. Any changes will be discussed with the client whenever possible before work continues. Please refer to our Home Condition Guide if unsure.

Health & Safety
For the safety of our employees, Bault Cleaning does not clean, remove, or handle:

Human or pet waste

Blood, bodily fluids, urine, feces, or vomit

Needles, medical waste, or other biohazards

Mold remediation

Pest infestations
-
Hazardous chemicals or substances
If these conditions are present, service may be declined, limited, or rescheduled until the area has been properly addressed.

Cancellation & Rescheduling
Clients may cancel or reschedule an appointment without penalty by providing at least 24 hours notice. Appointments canceled, skipped, locked out, or rescheduled with less than 24 hours notice will incur a $50 fee.

Access to Property
Clients are responsible for providing safe and timely access to the property. If our team is unable to access the property due to locked doors, incorrect entry information or alarm issues, the appointment may be subject to the cancellation fee.

Photo Documentation
To maintain quality standards and protect both our clients and team members, Bault Cleaning may take photographs before, during, or after service.
​
Photos may be used to document property conditions, existing damage, areas outside the scope of service, completed work, or to assist in resolving service concerns or damage claims.

Damage & Liability
While our team takes every precaution when cleaning your property, Bault Cleaning is not responsible for normal wear and tear, pre-existing damage, improperly installed fixtures, loose items, deteriorated surfaces, or damage resulting from age, manufacturer defects, or lack of maintenance.

Any concerns regarding damage believed to have occurred during service must be reported within 48 hours of the cleaning appointment. Our liability, if applicable, is limited to the repair or replacement of the affected item at our discretion.

Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are dissatisfied with any area cleaned, please notify us within 24 hours of service. We will make reasonable efforts to address any missed areas reported within that timeframe.

Payment Terms
Payment is due according to the terms outlined in your invoice or service agreement. Bault Cleaning reserves the right to suspend future services for accounts with outstanding balances.

Right to Refuse Service
Bault Cleaning reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service if conditions are unsafe, unsanitary, threatening, or otherwise outside the scope of our services.

Policy Updates
Bault Cleaning reserves the right to update these policies at any time. The most current version will be available on our website.
